3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account using Google OAuth authentication
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

3.3 Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

5. User Content and Data

You retain all ownership rights to the business data you enter into the Service (plant information, sales records, customer data, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your content.

5.2 License to Use

You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service to you. This includes backing up your data, generating reports, and enabling features you use.

5.3 Data Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of data you enter
• Maintaining your own backups of critical data

6. Intellectual Property

NurseryMaster Pro and all related trademarks, logos, software, and technology are our exclusive property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as necessary to use the Service.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

7.1 Fees

9.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NurseryMaster Pro, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
